1/ Job Descriptions:

• To establish, maintain and expand the customer base
• Set targets and develop sales strategies
• Achieve the targets and goals set for assigned areas
• Increase business opportunities through various route-to-market
• Maintain and increase the sales of Company’s product
• To serve the existing and new customers’ needs
• Compile and analyses sales figures
• Collect customers’ feedback and do market research
• Provide feedback to the HQ office on its process and outcomes carried out in Vietnam.

2/ Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• At least 7 years of working experience in sales and 5 years of working experience in HVAC filed
• 3 years experiences in people management
• Outstanding sales skills and communication skills
• Excellence analytical skills
• Required language(s): Vietnamese, English (Must). Candidate who able to communicate in Mandarinwill be added advantage
• Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Autocad Software
• Willing to deal with some major customer accounts by your own
• Able to keep yourself updated with the products, market and competitors
• Willing to travel overseas (Malaysia/ China) occasionally for product training and meetings.
